The Educational Leader - unpacking the role

Research shows that where there is strong pedagogical leadership, the outcomes for children and families are stronger.

This interactive workshop focuses on thoughtful questions and guided discussion to promote critical reflection of Educational Leadership practices. Together, we will unpack the roles and responsibilities of the Educational Leader and explore practical strategies to build a shared curriculum vision relevant to your service context. We will investigate effective leadership and mentoring techniques to support the ongoing journey of continuous improvement.

This workshop is aimed at current and aspiring Educational Leaders, and can also support Nominated Supervisors and educators to understand the complexity of the role.

This workshop has a strong focus on the National Quality Framework including Quality Areas 7.

Workshop location:  ONLINE

Workshop time: 10:00am - 12:00pm (NSW TIME)

Workshop cost: $60.00

Statement of Participation will be issued to participants on the completion of this workshop.

Completing The Educational Leader - unpacking the role will contribute 2 hours of QTC Registered PD addressing 6.2.2 and 7.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

All early childhood professionals are welcome to attend.
