Duty of Care

This interactive workshop provides participants with  information on education and care services which are bound by regulatory and legal requirements underpinning what occurs within a service, how it operates and the performance expectations of people who work within it.
In addition to legal requirements there are also ethical considerations which impact the decision making within a service. This workshop highlights the skills and knowledge needed by educators to understand the difference between legal requirements and ethical responsibilities to work within the frameworks that apply.

This workshop has a strong focus on the National Quality Framework including Quality Area 2.

Workshop location:  ONLINE

Workshop time: 10:00am - 12:00pm (NSW TIME)

Workshop cost: $60.00

Statement of Participation will be issued to participants on the completion of this workshop.
