Supervision and collaboration in School Age Education and Care

Supervision is a critical part of an educator’s role to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children. This workshop will explore different types of supervision in school age education and care settings, including the implementation of supervision plans. Discussions will centre around components that make supervision more collaborative and streamlined such as effective communication strategies and team work, and the impact poor communication can have on the supervision of all children.
