Safe Food Handling Overview

In this workshop, participants will develop skills and practical knowledge in relation to food handling and had the opportunity to discuss specific food safety concerns in their workplace.

The workshop explores topics such as:
Food hygiene and legislation
Food poisoning causes
Hygiene practices to prevent food contamination
Cleaning, sanitation and waste disposal
Safe work practices with food
Food unfit for consumption
Importance of pest control

Workshop time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm (NSW TIME)

Workshop cost: $60.00

Statement of Participation will be issued to participants on the completion of this workshop.
